I libri di Kathleen Fraser comprendono 20 raccolte di poesie – cinque in collaborazione con i pittori americani JoAnn Ugolini, Sam Francis, Mel Bochner, Hermine Ford e David Marshall – e un libro di saggi di poetica: Translating the Unspeakable: Poetry and the Innovative Necessity (2000). Fraser ha tradotto opere di Maria Obino e Andrea Raos, e soggiorna spesso in Italia. I suoi testi murali per ii ss, composti in collaborazione con i disegni di Hermine Ford, sono stati esposti a Roma al Pratt Institute of Architecture (2007). Raccolte recenti: Discrete Categories Forced Into Coupling (Apogee, 2004) e il testo in collage hi dde violeth I dde violet (Nomados Press, 2003). Ha vinto i premi Guggenheim e N.E.A. di poesia. Nato nel 1968, Andrea Raos ha esordito con la raccolta Discendere il fiume calmo, nel Quinto quaderno italiano diretto da Franco Buffoni (Crocetti, 1996). È presente nel progetto ákusma. Forme della poesia contemporanea, (Metauro, 2000). Ha pubblicato Aspettami, dice. Poesie 1992-2002 (Pieraldo, 2003) e Luna velata (CipM – les Comptoirs de la Nouvelle B.S., 2003). Ha curato l’antologia bilingue di poesia contemporanea italo-giapponese Chijô no utagoe – Il coro temporaneo (Shichôsha, 2001). Con A. Inglese ha curato Azioni poetiche. Nouveaux poètes italiens, in Action poétique, 177, settembre 2003 e Le macchine liriche. Sei poeti francesi della contemporaneità, in Nuovi Argomenti, dicembre 2005. È membro di Nazione Indiana. Nel 2007 è uscito presso Oedipus il suo libro di poesie Le api migratori (con immagini di Mattia Paganelli).
